Randall D. Culpepper

USAF retired Member of the Senior Executive Service. Retired in March of 2016.  All 32 years of Service spent in the Acquisition Corp. The last six years serving as the USAF Program Executive Officer for Combat and Mission Support with Acquisition Authority over $26B in Annual Spend. Since retirement spent 7 years as a Senior Business Development and Acquisition Policy Advisor to two different fortune 500 Companies, the last 4 years with Leidos.
